This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for subscription cancellations and refunds on the Argetiq platform, operated by PT Kolaborasi Ekspansi Usaha. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing to any paid plan.

Free Trial Period
Argetiq offers a 14-day free trial for new users on the Pro plan. During the trial period:
- ●You will have full access to the features of the selected plan.
- ●No charges will be incurred during the trial period.
- ●You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without being charged.
- ●If you do not cancel before the trial expires, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan, and your payment method will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account's Subscription Settings page on the dashboard or by contacting our support team.
- ●Monthly plans: Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will apply after cancellation.
- ●Annual plans: Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current annual billing cycle. See Section 5 for pro-rated refund eligibility.
- ●Upon cancellation, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan. You will retain access to your data, but premium features will be disabled.
Refund Eligibility
4.1 Eligible for Refund
- ●Within 7 days of first paid charge: If you are not satisfied with your subscription within the first 7 days after your initial payment (post-trial), you may request a full refund.
- ●Service outage: If the platform experiences significant downtime (exceeding 48 consecutive hours) during your billing cycle, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the affected period.
- ●Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charge, wrong plan amount), we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.
4.2 Not Eligible for Refund
- ●Voluntary cancellations after the 7-day refund window on monthly plans.
- ●Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
- ●Partial month usage — monthly subscriptions are not pro-rated upon cancellation.
- ●Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results (AI Trust Scores, AI Agent outputs) — these are tools for assistance and are not guaranteed to produce specific outcomes.
- ●Failure to cancel before the Pro free trial expires.
Pro-Rated Refunds for Annual Plans
If you cancel an annual subscription after the 7-day refund window, you may request a pro-rated refund for the remaining unused months, subject to the following conditions:
- ●The refund will be calculated based on the monthly rate (not the annual discounted rate) for the months already used, and the remainder will be refunded.
- ●Pro-rated refunds are only available within the first 6 months of the annual billing cycle.
- ●After 6 months, no refund will be issued for annual plans.
Partner Plan
Refund terms for Partner plan subscribers are governed by the individual partnership agreement between you and PT Kolaborasi Ekspansi Usaha. Please refer to your specific contract or contact our partnerships team.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- 4Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
