Argetiq offers multiple subscription tiers with varying features and limits:

• ●Free: Basic marketplace access with limited inquiries and product listings.
• ●Pro ($99/month): Advanced features including AI Agents, automated follow-ups, CRM, and priority support.
• ●Agentic ($999/month): Full AI-powered autonomy with multi-channel outreach, advanced CRM, and up to 5 AI Agents.
• ●Partner (Custom): Revenue-sharing model with full platform-managed sales cycle. Contact us for details.

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers (Stripe and Paddle). Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days prior notice. For details on cancellations and refunds, please see our Refund Policy.

The "AI Trust Score" is an algorithmic estimation of a company's reliability based on available data. It is provided for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for any business decision. We do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness.

AI Agents are designed to assist in lead generation, follow-ups, and outreach. While they automate communication on your behalf, you remain solely responsible for the content of all messages sent through or by your AI Agents. We do not guarantee the completion of any sale or business outcome resulting from their use.

When using the Argetiq platform, you agree to:

• ●Not upload false, misleading, or fraudulent product listings or company information.
• ●Not engage in spam, harassment, or any form of abusive communication.
• ●Not attempt to circumvent the platform's data censorship or access controls.
• ●Not use the platform for any illegal activities or to sell prohibited goods.
• ●Not reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise exploit the platform's technology or data.
• ●Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

The Argetiq platform, including its design, features, AI models, code, and documentation, is the intellectual property of PT Kolaborasi Ekspansi Usaha. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the platform (product listings, company profiles, messages). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content within the Argetiq marketplace.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Argetiq and PT Kolaborasi Ekspansi Usaha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to:

• ●Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities.
• ●Errors or inaccuracies in AI Trust Scores or AI Agent communications.
• ●Failed transactions or dealings between buyers and suppliers.
• ●Data loss or unauthorized access to your account.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Data associated with your account may be retained for a reasonable period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
